As of June 1999, we operate six corporate and nine franchise stores as well as one corporate store under the "Portofino" brand. The Gondolier Franchise System offers two attractive operational types of restaurants. The "Traditional" or dine in unit is ideally suited for locations of 2,400 to 3,000 square feet. This type of operation comfortably serves suburban locations and business centers. The "Pronto" or carryout and delivery unit, perfect for 1,200 to 1,400 square foot locations, ideally serves neighborhoods, business parks and college campuses.
